At the UNSC session at 4.00AM today, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin has urged the international society to persuade Ukrainian authorities to stop “the war with own people,” RIA Novosti reports.Churkin associates the Kiev government with the West, due to its constant consultations with it, and says that the West can save the country from civil war. The Russian diplomat urged Ukrainian authorities to follow the February 21 agreement. He called Kiev authorities Neo-Nazis and extremists.Churkin warned that the four-sided meeting of Russia, USA, EU and Ukraine set for Thursday would be ruined if Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov continued the special operation in the south-eastern parts of the country.
