Elgudzh Khokrishvili, head of the Municipal Development Fund, has become the minister for regional development and infrastructure of Georgia, Georgia Online reports.
He was introduced by Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili. The PM noted that Khokrishvili had written science papers on infrastructure development.
Ex-Minister for Regional Development and Infrastructure David Narmania had to resign to stand for mayor of Tbilisi as a member of the Georgian Dream coalition.
