Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Aksenov as the Acting Governor of Crimea, the press service of the Kremlin reports. Putin also said he will appoint a former deputy commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Sergei Menyailo, as the acting governor of Sevastopol.At today's meeting with Putin, the current mayor of the city, Alexei Chaly, proposed establishing an agency for the strategic development of Sevastopol and said he sees his place in the new structure.
