Ukrainian acting President Oleksandr Turchynov confirmed the start of a counter-terrorism operation in the Donetsk Oblast this morning, ITAR-TASS reports.
He emphasized that the government should be decisive and responsible in Donbass. Turchynov noted that most eastern regions were stable.
