Putin brings Ministry of Regional Development commission to Ingushetia

In Ingushetia from March 1 started its work a complex commission of Ministry of regional development. It was said by Vladimir Putin during the conference in Magas. According to the premier's words, specialists should update the program of socio-economic development of the republic for the next 6 years. In the first place, there is being planned construction of schools, hospitals, kindergartens and sport complexes is being planned. Also the problem of population's employment will be dealt with.

It should be noted that the region of the North Caucasus has been payed a particular attention to. Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachai-Cherkess was visited by president Dmitry Medvedev two days ago, and the head of cabinet-council came in January to Pyatigorsk. March 1 the prime-minister told about the financing of the region development program till 2016. 

"I should remind that according to the Federal task program "The South of Russia" and  the development program for Ingushetia there is a sum of 46 billion rubles alloted. Today we will discuss social sector development problems more thoroughly. There is meant creation of preschool institutions, development of school system, medicare and sport. The president of the republic posed questions of construction of new sport complexes.It is a reasonable request, we will discuss it today. The republican authorities are also going to build a mosque in Magas. I think that this initiative should be supported, because the republic needs its own spiritual center" - Vladimir Putin said, according to the First channel.

The vice-premier, an ambassador of the president in NCFD Alexander Khlopinin in his turn said during the conference in Magas that Ingushetia has a great potential for development of energetics. 

"By means of comparatively modest money investment the problem of completion of construction of gas-turbine power plant can be solved', said the ambassador. From his point of view it will provide the whole republic with electricity. 

Khlopinin also noted that very expensive electricity is being imported to the republic, because Ingushetia buys it at the common rate.

The political executive of Russia Vladimir Putin who conducted the conference, according to the press service of Ingushetia president, charged the ambassador to present the proposals for this problem.
