Russia has stopped handing over arms, which belonged to Ukrainian military in the Crimea, to Ukraine, ITAR-TASS cites Russia's Deputy Minister of Defense Anatoly Antonov as saying.
The decision has been made in accordance with the Paris Charter and the Helsinki Act, which prohibit arms deliveries to hot spots, the official is quoted as saying.
