The Ukrainian State Border Service has restricted arrival for over 11,000 Russians within the framework of operation Border, said the spokeswoman of the Ukrainian Security Service, Marina Ostapenko, RIA Novosti reports.
Over 100 Russians are suspected of extremism in Ukraine. The Ukrainian State Border Service has taken additional security measures. Dunja Mijatovic, an OSCE Representative on Freedom of Media, said that over 20 Russian journalists had not been allowed to enter Ukraine.
