OSCE to examine Ukraine's decision to prohibit Russians from entering its territory

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is going to examine Ukraine's decision to prohibit Russian men aged from 16 to 60 from entering its territory, the body's Secretary General Lamberto Zanier says.

According to him, the decision has probably been based on the country's desire to provide internal security, but the case should be examined anyway.

"I believe this was the reason, but I have to examine all the information provided so far," the official said.

Ukraine decided this week to prohibit Russian men from entering the territory of the country in the midst of vehement tensions in its eastern regions. The Ukrainian cabinet believes Russia is inciting separatist movements in Eastern Ukraine.
