Chupalav Omarov, a member of the Dagestani People’s Assembly of the fifth calling from the Kulinsky District, died in a car accident in Moscow on the night of April 20, IA Dagestan reports.
Omarov was a member of the United Russia Party and the Assembly Committee for Industry, Transportation and Communication.
Rusceo says that Omarov was the director of Rostans-Yug, a company specializing in gas and oil transportation abroad.
