Russian Co-Chair of OSCE Minsk Group Igor Popov arrived in Azerbaijan today, APA reports.
Another mediator, Robert Bradtke, is expected to arrive in Azerbaijan this evening. French co-chair Bernard Fassier is already in Azerbaijan. Tomorrow, the mediators will meet with Azerbaijani authorities.
The main purpose of the visit is to discuss details of the fact-finding mission created to investigate illegal settlement in Nagorno Karabakh and the surrounding regions.
On September 8-9, the mediators will hold similar meetings in Yerevan and Khankendi.
