Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said at a meeting with Petr Poroshenko, a candidate for president, that Israel was ready to normalize relations between Russia and Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
He pointed out progress in the Russian-Georgian relations.
Commenting on the upcoming presidential polls in Ukraine, the foreign minister expressed hope that they will be peaceful and civilized.
