Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with his Caspian counterparts in Moscow today that new platforms were needed to discuss problems of the Caspian Sea, Trend reports.
He noted that, according to the 3rd Caspian Summit hosted by Baku in 2010, presidents had ordered development of delimitation parameters, security measures, realization of cooperation agreements in security, fishing. Lavrov said that Caspian states needed to improve the existing cooperation mechanism or form new platforms for collaboration.
