U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden is having a meeting with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk in Kiev, RIA Novosti reports.
The meeting was planned for 11.00AM, but Biden arrived 50 minutes late due to talks with Oleksandr Turchynov, speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and acting president.
Biden and Yatsenyuk are having a closed-door conversation.
