Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said after talks with U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden that the government was ready to grant regions additional authority to manage their budgets, protect ethnic minorities and their languages, RIA Novosti reports.
He said that any adjustment of the Constitution to suit the interests of the president would be unacceptable.
