Kiev agrees to make concessions for activists of east Ukraine

The government of Ukraine has agreed to make concessions for the east of Ukraine and called for fulfillment of Geneva agreements signed by Ukraine, Russia, U.S. and the European Union.The special operation in the Donetsk Oblast was halted, the constitutional reform initiated, the amnesty bill for protesters taken under consideration at the parliament, the Russian language got guarantees of protection and special status. The parliament urged all political forces to sign a memorandum of understanding to settle the situation in the east of the country.
