OSCE chairman speaks out against violation of ceasefire in Karabakh

Kanat Saudabayev, chairman of the OSCE, and Minister of Foreign
Affairs of Kazakhstan spoke out against the rising number of
violations of the ceasefire on the line of contact of Armenian and
Azerbaijani forces, APA reports, citing the press-service of the
Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Saudabayev emphasized that any violations destabilize the negotiation
process held within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Conference. He
supports the call of co-chairs of the Minsk Group on September 6, 2010
for both sides to observe the ceasefire agreement and to avoid public
accusations of each other.

The declaration of Saudabayev said that they plan an OSCE summit in
the autumn in Astana to work intensively on a Nagorno-Karabakh peace
deal.
