A missing OSCE mission has been found in Slavyansk. It was detained by local militias because of its support for Ukrainian officers, the "people's mayor" of the city, Vyacheslav Ponomarev, said.
"Together with the group of representatives of the OSCE was a group of officers of the General Staff of Ukraine," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
