Russia enhancing ties with South Caucasus

Russia is enhancing mutual ties with the countries of the South Caucasus, the head of the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Konstantin Kosachyov, told Vestnik Kavkaza.

Successful relations with such countries as Azerbaijan and Armenia are among Russia's priorities, Kosachyov says.

According to the official, Russia pays special attention to the cooperation in the sheres of education and culture.
