An extraordinary session of the Armenian parliament started today at 18:30. Five parliamentary factions (the Prosperous Armenia, the Armenian National Congress, ARF, the Heritage and the Orinatz Yerkir parties) stated that they would not participate in the formation of the parliamentary Audit Chamber, NEWS.am reports.
Without the formation of the Audit Chamber it is impossible to draw the ballot for the election of the speaker.
