Some governors will resign in Armenia as soon as Prime Minister Ovik Abramyan’s government is formed, News.am reports.
Acting Minister for Ecology Aram Arutyunyan will become the governor of the Kotayk Province, Echmiadzin Mayor Karen grigoryan (son of General Manvel Grigoryan) will become the governor of the Armavir Province, ex-member of parliament Ovik Abovyan will become governor of the Tavush Province.
Governor of the Aragatsotn Province Sarkis Saakyan will be replaced, though his successor has not been named yet.
