According to preliminary information, an explosion happened occurred
on the Kizlyar-Ulankhol railroad at approximately 12.00 Moscow time.
The train that was hit was coming from Astrakhan. 6 carriages went off
the rails, and 2 of them turned over, RIA Novosti reports, citing a
source from the local department of transport.
Police say the explosion happened under the end carriages.There are no
injuries reported.
