81 out of 84 members of the Crimean parliament have voted for formation of the Public Chamber, Interfax reports.
The Chamber will consist of public organizations and officials. 50% of its members will be selected by the Cabinet and the other half by the parliament.
The Crimean parliament consists of 100 members.
Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov said that the Public Chamber will consider every bill of the parliament.
