Russian Military Attache in Ukraine Kirill Kolyuchkin has been declared a persona non grata, according to the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, RIA Novosti reports.
The Ukrainian Security Service caught the diplomat contacting agents on April 30. He will soon leave the territory of Ukraine.
