Ukrainian acting Interior Minister Arsen Avakov promised to bring foreign experts in to investigate mass deaths in Odessa on May 2, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the Interior Ministry 42 people died at the House of Trade Unions. Prosecutors reported 46 dead. Vadim Savenko of the Odessa regional council said 116 were dead. 48 people remain missing.
