German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said today that the European Union was not planning to send forces to Ukraine and added that Ukraine and Russia should settle their differences diplomatically, unian.net reports.
He emphasized that a new conference for Ukraine should be organized in Geneva. Steinmeier considers the previous conference positive, although the sides made no decisions on mechanisms for realization of the agreements achieved.
