Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said today, commenting on the six principles for settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict mentioned by U.S. co-chair of the OSCE MG at the Carnegie Center in Washington yesterday, that withdrawal of Armenian forces from the occupied territories was the main condition for settlement of the conflict, Trend reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan was ready for peace talks to resolve the conflict. The foreign minister said that peacekeepers should be deployed in Nagorno-Karabakh because there was no trust between the sides.
