Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit France to mark the 70th anniversary of Operation Overlord, said Russian Ambassador to France Alexander Orlov, RIA Novosti reports.
Putin may meet his foreign counterparts to discuss the situation in Ukraine, the ambassador added.
