German leftist party Die Linke held its national convention on Friday. The delegates agreed that they do not support the sanctions imposed by the EU on Russia and the union's policy towards Ukraine.
According to the party, the EU should not damage its ties with Russia and should seek a peaceful resolution of the conflict.
