Russian Minister for North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov called social development of the North Caucasus a priority of his work, RIA Novosti reports.
The official noted that he had been engaged in development of new projects in the economic and social fields. The minister emphasized that every project needed skilled staff, proper healthcare and education systems.
