Alexey Pushkov, head of the Russian Duma committee for international affairs, proposed declaring the Kiev government to be a criminal regime, ITAR-TASS reports.
He reminded that the Russian Foreign Ministry had published a so-called White Book of violations of human rights in Ukraine. It is a list of violations committed in the past 2 months, including infringement of the right to life, torture, and violations of the freedom of opinion and mass media.
Pushkov added that the burning of the House of Trade Unions in Odessa on May 2 was an act of fascism. He expressed surprise that the PACE was ignoring it.
