Head of the Ukrainian State Aviation Service Denis Antonyuk has banned flights to Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia and North Ossetia, ITAR-TASS reports.
The blacklist includes Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Flights there will only be permitted according to work contracts of the UN and international treaties.
