Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov tops the rating of Russian governors active in blogging, ITAR-TASS reports.
Medialogia analized activeness of 20 governors with Twitter and Instagram accounts. The research included 16,000 sources.
Kadyrov is followed by Crimea Head Sergey Aksenov and Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Valery Shantsev.
Timur Aliyev, an assistant of Kadyrov, said that high frequency of quoting the Chechen leader was a sign of his authority. Moreover, according to Aliyev, Kadyrov used the blog to be in touch with the population.
