Gazprom head unaffected by EU sanctions

Russia has persuaded the EU to discard Gazprom Head Alexey Miller’s name from the blacklist, Vedomosti reports.

A Total official said that the company had received no calls requesting European partners to keep Miller out of the blacklist. Shell, E.On, Enel and Gazprom refuse to comment, OMV, GdF, BP and the European Union have not responded.

The European Union blacklisted 13 more people over the situation in Ukraine.
