The work on signing the final agreement on the Iranian nuclear program is going around in circles, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov’s statement today, ITAR-TASS reports.
Ryabkov said at another round of negotiations in Vienna that he had mixed impressions. There were attempts to take practical steps on certain issues, he noted. The Russian diplomat added that the situation could get more complicated as time went on.
