Ali Gasanov, Azerbaijani vice prime minister and the head of the State Committee for Refugees and Forced Migrants, marking the 22nd anniversary of the occupation of the Lachi District of Nagorno-Karabakh, said that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group had been visiting the region for 3-4 years and getting paid for their work, yet they had achieved no progress, Trend reports.
The official pointed out the indifference of the world community to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
