Russian law-enforcers are taking part in a high-scale operation in Azerbaijani districts. Russia partakes in the Granitsa-Shchit operation, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
Special police posts with trained dogs were formed. Two posts were formed at the entrance of Gusar. The police are inspecting incoming transportation.
The operation focuses on combating organized crime, illegal migration, trafficking of drugs and weapons in border territories of Russia and Azerbaijan.
