The Central Election Commission of Georgia has received 14 applications to run for the mayor of Tbilisi, ten of them have already been officially registered .
The former Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, David Narmania from the Georgian Dream, Nick Melia from the Mikheil Saakashvili's party United National Movement and David Lortkipanidze from the Nino Burjanadze-united opposition bloc are among the candidates, Gazeta.ru reports.
Elections will take place on June 15.
