The Russian government has established a new national park 'Utrish'.
Russian Premier Vladimir Putin signed a decree turning the natural
reserve 'Big Utrish' into a national park, RIA novosti reports.

The territory of the national park is 10 000 hectares, and includes
forest lands in Anapa and Novorossiysk (9 225 ha) and two water areas
of 783 hectares in the south-west coast of the Abrau peninsula.

The Ministry of Nature is responsible for security in the area.
