Vitaly Klitschko, leader of the UDAR Party and a candidate for mayor of Kiev, said that activists of the Euromaidan protests had accomplished their goal and could de-occupy the territory, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that a memorial for the people killed during the protests should be built. Klitschko added that self-defense groups no longer needed to guard the area.
