Ukrainian parliament issues memorandum calling for civil peace

The Ukrainian Parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, has issued a memorandum calling for civil peace and urging the executive authorities to stop the anti-terror operation in the eastern part of the country.

According to the document, the Ukrainian military forces should return to their military bases.
