Commander of the Russian Air Forces Lieutenant-General Victor Bondarev said that the new pilot group flying Yak-130s will be named Wings of Taurida, RIA Novosti reports.
The group will initially consist of four, then six jets. After an accident of a Yak-130 jet in April, piloting of the jets will be renewed in July. The general said that the new group of pilots will be as skilled as the Russian Knights and the Swifts aerobatic teams.
