Russian defense minister becomes honorary Crimean

The Crimean State Council has made Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu an Honorary Crimean for protecting peace on the peninsula, protecting constitutional rights of the local population and contribution to the integration of Crimea into Russia. 74 out of 77 members of the Crimean parliament voted to grant Shoygu the status.
