Sergey Koshelev, head of the Main Directorate for International Military Cooperation of the Russian Interior Ministry, said that U.S. accusation that Russia was concentrating forces on the Ukrainian border were “a political order” and an attempt find fault, RIA Novosti reports.
Koshelev noted that Russian military officials had visited Vienna and expressed the Russian view on accusations Russia was deploying a group of 40,000 troops on the Ukrainian border. He reminded that other countries had the right to inspections on Russian territory.
