Russian President Vladimir Putin has called the implementation of the 30-year gas contract signed with Russia today the world’s largest construction project. According to Putin, $70 billion will be invested in infrastructure alone.
Putin said that Moscow and Beijing had started development of the western route to export gas to China. He added that the gas price, which Gazprom head Alexey Miller had not named for commercial reasons, was based on market prices for oil.
