According to a political consultant, the director of the firm Slobodchuk and Partners: Politics, PR, Elections, Sergei Slobodchuk, the memorandum will help to resolve the conflict, because it can unite the elites of the Southeast with Kiev.Slobodchuk said that the Donbass businessmen in power want to have the right to elect their own judges and police representatives. "It's no secret that the protests in the Southeast were actively fueled by local industrial capital owners and the biggest oligarchs. If the memorandum helps to attract them, they will try to clear the social foundation from under the feet of the supporters of the federalization of the Donetsk Republic," Sergei Slobodchuk said.According to a political consultant, the director of the firm Slobodchuk and Partners: Politics, PR, Elections, Sergei Slobodchuk, the memorandum will help to resolve the conflict, because it can unite the elites of the Southeast with Kiev.
