Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin said that Russia will veto the UNSC resolution project on passing the Syrian profile to the International Criminal Court, RIA Novosti reports.
The resolution was proposed by 15 members of the UNSC on May 12. The voting will take place today.
