Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has not recognized the May 11 referendums in the Donetsk and the Luhansk oblasts, Gazeta.ru reports.
The president noted that any referendum should be organized according to the Constitution. He believes that the problem of Ukraine is in the lack of a national leader.
