Armenia will open embassies in the Netherlands and Japan by decree of
President Serzh Sargsyan, News Armenia reports.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan said on
Thursday that the Armenian embassy in Netherlands is not only
important from the point of view of the development of bilateral
relations, but also because the Netherlands is considered the legal
capital of Europe, with many court institutions.
Premier Tigran Sarkisyan noted that opening an embassy in Japan had
been earlier postponed due to the global economic recession.
