Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said, commenting on the second session of the joint demarcation commission, that Russia and Azerbaijan will continue demarcating the border in a friendly atmosphere, APA reports.
Khalafov said that the process was realized according to the agreement on the state border signed by leaders of Russia and Azerbaijan. The commission held its first session in Moscow and passed a document on regulations of the commission. The document has already been ratified by the parliament of Azerbaijan.
The second session of the commission focused on adoption of the rules. 8 instructions need passing. 4 of them have already been approved.
