Russia is deeply concerned over Georgia's decision to deploy a Nato missile defense system, a spokesman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich, is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
"Some Georgian politicians are ready to do anything to secure membership in Nato... We are concerned about Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alasania's statement made in Washington calling for deployment of a Nato missile defense system in Georgia," Lukashevich said.
